This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 22nd May 2026.

Two new permissions have been added for the Monitor Teams Meeting feature. By default, these are off and must be enabled by an Administrator for each persona.

New Features:

Search Anything V3

We are excited to launch a huge step forwards in the power of Search Anything. Historically, Search Anything has only been able to return a data table, without providing natural language responses or analysis across the data. Today, that changes.

Now, with Search Anything, users can ask any style of query, ranging from analysis, idea generation, theme extraction or traditional data table queries. Search Anything will work on compiling the relevant data and generate a helpful, detailed response.

For example, you can try:

  • Analyse my last 60 days of BD Calls and tell me the key themes and trends
  • Based on all of the transcripts from the last 30 days, compare our current live leads and tell me whether there are any commercial opportunities that have been missed and we should pursue
  • How has our performance been this quarter vs last quarter
  • Which user sent the most CVs last week
  • Analyse the company performance across the last 3 months week by week and analyse any trends that you spot
  • Traditional data queries such as - show me all people based in London that we added in the last 3 days
  • And many many more!

Unsure how to best leverage Search Anything? Reach out for guidance!

Zoom Phone Mobile App sync to Imagine

Calls made on Zoom Phone while you’re not logged in to Imagine will now appear on your Imagine Dashboard the next time you sign in.

For example, if you make a call using the Zoom Phone mobile app, you can later return to Imagine and link that call to the relevant record, add call types, and still get the full post-call experience, including the transcript, AI actions, and call overview.

If you have any unassigned Zoom calls, a new section will automatically appear at the top of your dashboard.

Monitor in-progress Teams Calls

Users with the new Monitor Teams Meetings permission can now view a live list of in-progress Teams calls where the meeting bot has joined, and listen to the audio in real time.

This is especially useful for L&D teams who want to support, guide, or coach calls as they happen.

Users with the Configure Exempt Users permission can also manage a list of people whose meetings should never be monitored, such as executives. If a meeting organiser is marked as exempt, their meetings cannot be monitored by other users.

To monitor a call or configure exempt users, go to Settings > Call Management > Ongoing Calls. From there, click the listen icon next to a call to start listening.

Meeting attendees are not notified when someone starts listening.

Two new permissions have been created for this feature - one for Monitoring Teams Meetings and one for Configuring Exempt Users. Administrators must add these permissions to personas as desired.

Bulk select and move candidates on Kanban

Users can now select specific candidates within a Kanban column and apply actions only to those selected people.

The previous Move All and Reject All buttons have been replaced with a new Bulk Move action. This opens a popup showing everyone in the column, so users can select the candidates they want to update.

Once users have selected candidates, use the Actions menu to choose from:

  • Move Selected
  • Reject Selected
  • Add Selected to Manual Workflow
  • Email Selected
  • SMS Selected

Auto-generate a basic CV from the LinkedIn Extension

When using the LinkedIn Extension, Imagine will now automatically generate and format a basic CV if the person’s record does not already have one, or if their existing CV is more than six months old.

This provides more data for AI features and helps ensure that even basic people records created from LinkedIn can be used more effectively across the system.

This happens automatically; users do not need to opt into this feature.

New Random Wait action in Workflows

We’ve introduced a new workflow action: Random Wait.

The existing Wait action has been renamed to Fixed Wait, and the new Random Wait action lets you set a delay range using from and to values. When the workflow runs, it will choose a random wait time within that range.

We recommend using Random Wait in workflows where you plan to bulk add people before sending emails or SMS messages. This helps automatically space out your outreach and can reduce the chance of messages being flagged as spam by email providers.

Toggle to include Leads in Candidate Pipeline

Candidate Pipeline filters now include a toggle to include or exclude Leads, giving you control over whether Pipeline focuses only on Active jobs by default.

Leads are excluded by default, and your choice is saved if you Save View, so your Pipeline view stays the way you like it.

New Meeting Date column and column reorder on Manual Lists

Manual Lists now include a Next Meeting Date column that shows the person’s next future meeting where they are an attendee. This column supports sorting so you can quickly prioritise people with imminent meetings.

We’ve also reordered Manual List columns to make the most relevant information easier to access.

Bug Fixes:

People Quick Search matching when a middle name exists

Quick Search for people now matches first + last names even when the person record contains a middle name. Searching “John Smith” will return a person stored as “John Paul Smith” so middle names no longer block expected results.

Company Interaction History not showing all records

We fixed an issue where Company > Interaction History could undercount records. Interaction History now shows all available records for a company so you can rely on it for a complete view of past interactions.

Deactivated users showing on Candidate Pipeline filters

The Job Owner filter on Candidate Pipeline no longer lists deactivated or deleted users who have no Active or Lead jobs. Deactivated users will only appear if they are the Job Owner of an Active or Lead job with candidates on the pipeline, which keeps your filter lists clean and relevant.
