New Features:

AI Leads

Business development is one of the most challenging parts of recruitment, and often the first thing to be paused when workloads get busy.

AI Leads helps keep your BD motion running in the background.

Simply configure your target companies and lead criteria, and Imagine will automatically monitor company websites and LinkedIn pages for new roles that match your setup. When a relevant opportunity is found, it is surfaced directly in the system for review.

From there, you can approve the lead, get AI-suggested hiring manager recommendations, and, with workflows enabled, automatically trigger outreach and follow-ups.

We think this is a truly game changing feature - read our help guide for more information on how to make the most of the feature!

Updated Filters on Job Kanban

New filters have been added to the Job Kanban filter pane to allow filtering by:

  • Candidate Position (updated to allow partial match)
  • Candidate Current Company Name

We have also added the option to sort by % Match Score instead of the default application date. Additionally, a bug has been fixed that prevented the Candidate Source from accurately working with the "Non AI Matched" option.

Sync Zoom Phone status across tabs

When users have multiple tabs open, we have updated the experience to ensure that the Zoom Phone widget syncs accurately across all tabs.

Ability to set Fixed Fee on a Job

Historically, it has only been possible to set a Fee % on a Job. We are introducing a new feature that allows you to set a Fixed Fee on a Job and Placement.

Users can find this option when creating a Job and a Placement - a simple toggle switches between % or Fixed.

Automatically extract industries for Informational Only Companies

We now automatically enrich informational-only company records created from a person’s previous work experience with relevant industry data.

This means companies created from employment history can now appear in industry-based results across Boolean Search and Search Anything, making searches more complete and accurate.

Populated industries are also shown on informational-only company pages as read-only information.

Reporting Cumulative and Normalisation Views

Trend Reporting now gives users more flexibility when comparing performance across time periods.

Users can now compare up to 20 metrics at once, making it easier to analyse broader performance trends in a single view.

We have also added two new reporting options:

Show as Cumulative

View selected metrics as a running total across the chosen time range and granularity. This can be used alongside targets and Split View, with targets also shown cumulatively where enabled.

Normalise Periods

Compare equivalent periods on the same x-axis, such as Q1 vs Q1, month vs month, or week vs week. This makes it easier to compare the same relative points in time across different periods.

Add Company Name to Kanban card

On the candidate card on the Kanban view, we have now added the candidates Company Name for easier identification when browsing the candidates.

Load metrics as soon as ready

We have made a small update that means Reporting Metrics will load on the reporting dashboard as soon as they are calculated, instead of waiting for all metrics to be ready, helping to speed up the experience.

Add candidates to Job Kanban using email address

Users can now search for a candidate to add to a Job using their email address.

Ability to move Neo and Zoom Phone Icon on pages

We have made a small update that means users can now drag the Neo and Zoom Phone Icons vertically on pages, for example to move them out of the way if they are covering navigational elements on the page.

Bug Fixes:

Candidate Pipeline not consistently displaying Interview date

We have fixed an issue that meant Interview dates were not always consistently displaying on the Candidate Pipeline page.

Two bots attending meeting

An issue has been fixed that meant occasionally, two Teams bots would join meetings.
