New Features:
Library for Search Anything
We’re introducing Library, a new module in Imagine that brings your company’s own knowledge, processes, and training into Search Anything.
With Library, you can upload company-specific documents that Search Anything can reference when answering questions or evaluating activity. This could include:
- Objection-handling frameworks and best practices
- Training and guidance for BD calls
- Post-placement care processes
- Internal playbooks, policies, and procedures
Search Anything can use information stored in Library alongside your Imagine data, allowing users to evaluate their activity against the processes and standards specific to your business.
For example, a user could ask:
“Analyse my last 30 days of BD calls, compare how well I followed our documented process, and suggest areas for improvement.”
Search Anything will use the relevant training and guidance from your Library to provide a company-specific evaluation and recommendations.
When Search Anything references a Library document, it will appear in the new Evidence and Sources section. Users can see which documents contributed to the answer and open the original document directly from the Library.
A new setting in Persona Management allows administrators to grant view, edit, and delete permissions for the Library module.
Individual documents can also be scoped to specific personas. This means sensitive or role-specific guidance can be made available only to the relevant groups of users and will only be available within their searches.
To start using Library, administrators should:
1. Enable Library access for the relevant personas in Persona Management.
2. Upload your company documentation in PDF or DOCX format.
3. Where required, assign documents to specific personas to control who can access them.
For best results, we recommend using text-focused documents rather than graphic-heavy PDFs, as this makes it easier for Search Anything to accurately interpret and reference the content.
LinkedIn Actions in Workflows
We are excited to announce that Workflows now include three new LinkedIn actions.
- Check LinkedIn Connection, which branches based on whether the person is connected.
- Send Invite, which sends a connection invitation when the person is not already connected and does not have a pending invitation.
- Send Message, which sends a standard LinkedIn message to a confirmed connection. This does not include InMails currently.
LinkedIn actions are automatically spaced and scheduled within the sender’s and, where relevant, recipient’s sending windows.
For safety, we have set hard limits within the system that prevents too many messages or connection requests being sent per day. As a result, if a user has a large number of workflows running concurrently, some actions may complete on the following day.
To better mimic natural human behaviour, all LinkedIn workflow actions are executed between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
By default, this schedule uses the UTC timezone. Users can set their local timezone in their profile, in which case LinkedIn workflow actions will follow the 8am–8pm window in their selected timezone instead.
Search Anything Improvements
We have continued improving Search Anything. Besides small tweaks and adjustments based on recent user feedback, Search Anything now has access to meeting/call Checklist Answers, allowing you to perform searches such as "How many BD calls had all checklist answers populated in the last 30 days".
We’ve also improved the experience when having a back-and-forth conversation with Search Anything, such as when refining or exploring results.
Previous data tables will now automatically collapse as new results are generated, reducing unnecessary scrolling and keeping the latest data table in focus.
Mobile Responsive actions
Last release, we announced that nearly all areas of Imagine are now available on the mobile in read-only format. Today, we are extending that to support the following actions on mobile:
- Create a meeting
- Log a manual interaction history
- Upload Attachments
- Create a PTC
- Create a To Do
- Create a DAP
We are continuing to work on expanding available actions on mobile over the coming releases.
Keep Internal Meetings Out of Ongoing Meetings
Meetings where all attendees are Imagine users will no longer appear under Call Management > Ongoing Meetings.
This prevents internal-only meetings from being available through the Teams listening feature.
Copy Multiple Boolean Search Chips
Users can now select and copy multiple chips in Boolean Search, making it easier to move groups of values between sections.
Performance improvement for People to Contact Dashboard widget
We have improved the speed of People to Contact results on the Dashboard.
Bug Fixes:
Candidate Name Filter correctly handles accented characters
The Candidate Name filter on Kanban boards now handles accented characters correctly. Searching for “Jose” will return candidates such as “José” and “Josë”.
Dark Mode fixes
We have made a few small fixes to elements being hidden in Dark Mode.
ZoomInfo Companies with Apostrophes now Save Correctly
Companies with apostrophes in their names, such as Jet’s Pizza and Flynn O'Hara Uniforms, now save correctly from ZoomInfo.
