Additionally, if users wish to use the new Candidate Pipeline feature, Admins must add this permission to each Persona.

New Features:

Neo comes to Jobs

After much anticipation, we are delighted to announce that Neo has expanded to the Jobs records!

This feature will allow users to ask Neo any question about the candidates on a Job, get help drafting contextually relevant follow up emails, analyse candidate transcripts and much more.

Give it a go by asking things such as "Who has the best skills in X", "Who are the top 3 candidates for the role" or "Draft a follow up email to the Hiring Manager to arrange Interviews". Neo will analyse transcripts, CVs and other notes to provide insightful answers.

Candidate Pipeline

Keeping track of candidates across multiple hiring processes can be challenging. The new Candidate Pipeline feature makes this easier by providing a single Kanban board that shows all in-process candidates in one place.

Managers can also use Candidate Pipeline to get a clear view of candidate progress across all jobs within their teams.

This feature includes a new permission, Candidate Pipeline, which must be added to each persona. Once enabled, users can access it under Analytics > Candidate Pipeline.

A new permission must be added to user personas to grant access to this feature

LinkedIn Invites and Connections stored in Interaction History

Users can now automatically track LinkedIn Invites and Connections in Interaction History when their LinkedIn account is connected to Imagine and a matching person profile exists.

Please note that new connections can take up to 12 hours to sync into Imagine. In addition, LinkedIn Invites that are sent and accepted within the same 24-hour period may not appear in Interaction History.

Ability to Bulk SMS

Users can now Bulk SMS from Records > People and Lists. Once multiple records are selected, Bulk SMS will appear under the Actions menu.

PTCs and To Do/Actions from workflows automatically move to Monday

Any PTC or To Do/Action triggered by a workflow over the weekend will now be scheduled for Monday. This helps prevent users from starting the week with a large number of overdue items.

Ability to see all Rate Changes and Current Rate on Placement record

If a Contract Placement has Rate Changes, users will now see the Current Rate displayed on the main Placement record summary page. Hovering on the info icon will show the history of Rate Changes.

Note, Current Rate shows the latest rate, if a rate is future dated, that will show in Current Rate.

Zapier Search Action now supports LinkedIn URL

Following the launch of our new Zapier integration in the last release, the Search Action now also supports finding a Person by matching their LinkedIn URL.

This search uses a partial match, so for best results we recommend searching using the LinkedIn slug only, for example joe-bloggs rather than https://linkedin.com/in/joe-bloggs. You can use Zapier actions to help achieve this.

Small updates to LinkedIn Extension

We have made a few adjustments to the LinkedIn Extension. This will require users installing the updated version for this to continue working.

Users must install the LinkedIn Extension after the release. The old version will immediately stop working after the updated is released. The update will be available here.
