This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 2nd January 2026.
1 specific persona update is required to benefit from the Merge People feature.TABLE OF CONTENTS
New Features:
Merging People Records
We are excited to launch a brand new feature - the ability to merge two people records together! We understand that despite the automated checks and controls within Imagine, sometimes, duplicate people records appear.
With this feature, you can select two profiles and choose which data to keep in the final merged profile.
A new permission is available to control access to this and by default all users will NOT have access. You must enable the permission called "Merge People" to see this new feature.
Further information on how to merge profiles can be found in our help guide.
Ensure you add the "Merge People" permission to the relevant personas to access this new feature. For help on how to edit a persona, read this help guide.
% Match Filter on "When a candidate is automatically added to a job"
We have introduced a new filter to the "When a candidate is automatically added to a job" trigger within workflows to set a minimum % match score to trigger the workflow.
This can be used, for example, to send an email automatically to any candidates that are matched via the AI matching that have a score above 85% (or a score of your choosing).
Duplicate Workflows
Users who have access to create workflows now have the ability to duplicate an existing workflow. When on the Workflows setting page, click the three dots and you will see "Duplicate Workflow". This duplicates the configuration of the workflow, allowing you to make further adjustments and edits.
Save View on Reporting
We have extended the Save View functionality to general Reporting and Job Pipeline reporting. Save View on these pages will retain the configuration for Time Period / Team / User / Currency, allowing users to quickly jump back to predefined filters.
A new button called "Save View" is available on the respective reporting pages.
Contact Information available within Boolean Searching
We recently launched intelligent Boolean Searching within Imagine. We are extending this further by introducing the ability to filter whether certain pieces of Contact Information are present on a person record (e.g. must have personal email or personal mobile).
Using the Natural Language input, users can access things such as "Project Managers with skills in SAP who have a personal email or mobile" and the intelligent Boolean Searching will now filter for the contact information.
Users can also edit the Boolean and use the new "Contact Information" filter.
Bulk add to Manual Workflow
It is now possible to bulk add people records to Manual Workflows from the Search Anything or Boolean Search results tables. Within the header row, users will see 3 dots and the ability to add all search results into the same Manual Workflow.
Note, this is only available for less than 1,000 records at a time.
Ability to set credit limits per ZoomInfo search
Users with access to configure ZoomInfo searches will be able to set a credit limit per search. This cap helps reduce unexpected credit consumption when a search executes.
Now, when a search runs, it will not use more than the configured credit limit per execution. Note, actual credit usage may be slightly less, depending on available data.
Additionally, when configuring a search, users will now be able to preview the total people record count based on the search settings. Importantly, total record count does not directly correlate to credits consumed, as credits are also consumed for enriching companies.
Next PTC date visible in Lead Pipeline
On the dashboard, we have added a column to the Lead Pipeline table to show the next PTC date for the associated Hiring Manager.
Bug Fixes:
Workflows incorrectly displaying for people not involved
We have fixed an issue where occasionally, a person's interaction history reflects that they were included within a workflow, when in fact they weren't. This most commonly occurred with Job related workflow triggers where both the candidate and Hiring Manager would show as having been in the workflow.
Improvements to Boolean Search chips
We’ve made some improvements to the Boolean Search chips that are intelligently generated - now searches such as "UK Banks" or "NFL Teams" will list actual company names, rather than the exact search phrase.
UI Fixes
We have made a few small UI fixes to improve the experience across the platform.
