New Features:

Trend Reporting

We are excited to announce a new reporting tool - Trend Reporting. This will allow you to plot reporting metrics on Bar and Line Charts to see trends over time. Users can generate, save and share trend reports!

There is a new permission to grant access to Trend Reporting and this must be enabled in Persona Management.

For further information on how to use Trend Reporting, please read our help guide.

Users must have the Trend Reports permission to access this new feature.

Track Sales Contributor Users

For reporting purposes, you can now choose whether a user is classed as a "Sales Contributor". This will impact the "By Heads" value for Trend Reporting.

To edit this, navigate to User Management > User > Edit and then select or deselect the "Sales Contributor" field.

By default, this will be selected for all active users.

We recommend admins review this value to ensure reporting is accurate.

Filter Subject and Body for Reply Check

We have extended the Reply Check action within workflows to allow you to ignore replies that contain certain words/phrases within the message body and/or only check for replies to email subjects that contain certain words/phrases.

This can be useful to help ignore replies such as "Out of Office", "Automatic Reply" etc or, alternatively, to only check for replies to a specific subject (e.g. the previous workflow message).

Users can edit this for existing workflows, or will see it as an option for new workflows that are built.

Future PTC and Actions count visible on dashboard

Users can now see a total count of future People to Contact and Action/To Do items on the dashboard. Clicking on the icon will list all future items.

We have also reversed the order of PTCs and Action/To Do's on the dashboard.

Ability to change Hiring Manager on Placement

It is now possible to adjust the Hiring Manager listed on a Placement, after the Placement has been created.

You can only pick Hiring Managers that currently work at the original Placement company.

Update default order of Action / To Do's

We have adjusted the default ordering of the Action/To Do section on the Dashboard. The order is as follows:

  • ROE Actions
  • Overdue DAPs (oldest first)
  • Overdue Actions (oldest first)
  • Upcoming DAPs (nearest due date first)
  • Upcoming Actions (nearest due date first)

Company Name on Action / To Do card

Company name has been added to the Action / To Do card on the dashboard.

Improvements to Search Anything

We have made some small improvements to Search Anything, namely around the inclusion of Informational Only company records.

Bug Fixes:

Exclude all Current Companies for Talent Spotlight

Previously, if a person was currently working at multiple companies, not all companies were being excluded from the Talent Spotlight manager selection. This is now resolved.

Rules for (Ref: 123456) on Email Job Applications relaxed

We have reduced the strictness for matching the 6 digit job reference in an email subject. Now, any 6 digit number will be matched - it does not have to specifically be in the format of (Ref: 123456).

Zoom Phone matches with spaces

Previously, if a person's phone number contained spaces, this could impact Zoom Phone matching this number during an active call.

SMS sent through Workflow did not correctly display &

We have fixed a problem for SMS sent via workflows where special characters such as & were not correctly displaying to the recipient.

Last Contacted on PTC did not include Zoom Phone data

We have fixed an issue that prevented Zoom Phone records from being included when calculating the Last Contacted date for PTC cards.

Contact Prioritisation Job Metric included Leads

Previously, when counting Jobs for Contact Prioritisation, Leads were incorrectly being included. Leads now do not count towards the Job count.

Outlook Event did not create if Agenda blank

We have fixed an issue where sometimes Outlook events would not be created within Imagine if the Agenda was blank.
