New Features:

Search Anything v2.0

We are excited to launch an updated and improved version of Search Anything. We have worked hard to address consistency and accuracy issues and this new version is a significant step forward in performance.

The user experience remains the same and you can continue to use the feature as normal. Behind the scenes, you'll now get better, more consistent data.

A number of bug fixes to the design have been completed and additionally, work has been done to refine and improve the clarification questions to reduce user frustration.

Finally, transcript searching is now available in Search Anything. Try queries such as "Who mentioned starting an ERP transformation programme during recent conversations" or "which conversations in the last 60 days discussed hiring plans" to see relevant results.

Please note, searching for Workflow activity is not possible. This will be available in the next release.

Ability to bulk edit PTCs and Action/To Do items

After listening to user feedback, we have introduced the ability to expand the PTC and Action/To Do section on the main dashboard and also introduced the ability to bulk edit items, making it easier to keep on top of your PTCs and To Do's.

Priority for PTCs

Users can now set a priority for PTC items when creating or editing PTCs. The default priority applied to all existing PTCs is Medium.

We have also updated the default sort order on the dashboard to sort by overdue items first, then by priority (high priority first).

New filters on Company > Jobs and People > Jobs

We have added some new filters on the Company > Jobs and People > Jobs page to allow users to quickly filter to see Cancelled Jobs/Active Jobs/Cancelled Leads/Converted Leads as well as other filters.

This makes it easier for users to quickly understand the interaction history with a particular company or hiring manager - particularly valuable when users are on calls and want to quickly see how many leads your company has had with a specific client, for example.

Ability to search workflows

For admin users who have access to edit workflows, they can now search for a workflow in the settings page using workflow name.

New workflow trigger: "When a Talent Spotlight is sent"

A new workflow trigger has been added which can be used to automatically start a workflow as soon as a Talent Spotlight is sent.

If you wish to delay the execution of workflow actions after sending a Talent Spotlight, we recommend setting the first action as a "Wait" period.

New workflow filter: % match score

A new workflow filter has been added to the "When a person is automatically added to a job" trigger. This allows users to set a minimum % match score in order to trigger the workflow.

For example, this can be used to ensure that only people with an 80% or greater score receive the workflow when automatically added to a job.

Ability to see if a user is billable

Users who have permission to manage admin settings can now see whether a user is marked as billable by clicking into the user record from User Management and seeing a label under their photo.

Bug Fixes:

Default sort order of attachments set to newest to oldest

We have updated the default sort order of attachments across the system to show newest to oldest.

Assign To value for new DAP defaults to Job Owner

When creating a new DAP, the Assign To value will now default to the Job Owner (rather than blank)

Fixed duplicated CV rows when formatting

Previously, when users manually clicked "Format CV" on a person record, duplicate attachment rows were being created. This issue is now fixed.

Do Not Connect button unavailable if large number of records returned

We have fixed an issue that prevented the Do Not Connect button from being visible on the Zoom Phone widget when a large number of records are returned.

Performance improvements on Job Kanban

The load time when on a Job Kanban board has been improved, especially for jobs with a large number of candidates.
