This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 13th March 2026.

Admins need to configure the Data Enrichment option for each user to benefit from the new enrich feature.

New Features:

Neo Chatbot comes to Search Anything

We are excited to introduce the Neo Chatbot within Search Anything, as part of our longer-term vision of integrating natural language discussions across more areas of Imagine.

Users can run a Search Anything query as normal (for example, “show me all candidate conversations for the last 7 days”). If the query returns fewer than 250 events, a new “Discuss transcripts with Neo” button will appear.

Selecting this option allows users to have a back-and-forth conversation with Neo about the returned event transcripts. This makes it easy to quickly extract insights, summaries, and trends from conversations.

For example, users could ask Neo questions such as:

  • “Summarise key themes or trends from the calls.”

  • “Who is most likely to hire contractors?”

  • “Summarise any market intelligence uncovered during the calls.”

This feature helps teams quickly surface insights from large volumes of conversations without needing to manually review each transcript.

For now, this feature is limited to Search Anything results with fewer than 250 events. In the future, we will look to increase this limit.

Manually Enrich People Records

Users can now enrich individual Person records with the latest available data using the new “Enrich Record” option.

If a user has the Edit Person Record permission and Data Enrichment has been enabled for them, they will see a new “Enrich Record” option within the three-dot menu on a Person record. Selecting this option allows the system to search for matching profiles and present potential matches within an enrichment window.

Within the enrichment window, users can review available matches and select the correct profile to update the Person record.

Once confirmed, the record will be enriched with the most up-to-date available data. When updating fields:

  • If a field exists in both records, the enriched value will replace the existing value.

  • If a field is empty in Imagine but populated in the enrichment data, it will be added.

  • If a field exists in Imagine but is not present in the enrichment data, it will remain unchanged.

All updates made through enrichment will be recorded in the audit history, just like other record edits.

In order for users to access this feature, Admins must enable the Data Enrichment feature within each users profile and set a monthly credit limit. A help guide is available here.

We have introduced a new Talent Spotlight consent option within the Professional Consent section of a Person record.

This new consent allows users to control whether an individual can be included in Talent Spotlight communications. When creating or editing a Person record, users will now see a “Talent Spotlight” consent option alongside existing professional consent settings.

As part of the rollout, existing records have been aligned with current consent settings. Any person where Professional Email Consent was previously set to False will automatically have Talent Spotlight consent set to False as well.

Overdue / Incomplete PTCs appear in Scheduled Contact

We have updated the Scheduled Contact tab in People records to show any overdue / incomplete PTCs.

Updated Zoom Phone widget to sync across tabs

We have improved the Zoom Phone widget so that its state now syncs across multiple browser tabs.

Previously, if a user closed the Zoom Phone popup in one tab, it could remain open in another tab until the page was refreshed. With this update, the widget state is now automatically synchronised across all open tabs.

This means that when the popup is closed or updated in one tab, the change will immediately be reflected in any other open tabs, removing the need for manual page refreshes.

Improved Talent Spotlight Recipient Filtering

We have updated the Talent Spotlight recipient selection to improve the relevance of recipients.

When generating Talent Spotlights, the system will now automatically exclude recipients who are at the same level or more junior than the candidate being shared. This helps ensure that Talent Spotlights are directed towards more senior decision-makers who are more likely to have hiring authority.

Updated People Merge

It is now possible to merge two profiles if Profile A has an active workflow. Merging will still be blocked if Profile B has an active workflow.

Improved validation for Post to Web integration

Jobs will now only be included in the automated Post to Web process if the Key Responsibilities field has been populated. Any jobs without this information will automatically be excluded, regardless of the "Post Externally" setting.

Job Pipeline full width

We have made the Job Pipeline full width, to better utilise space on the page and reduce horizontal scrolling.

Added Placement Owner filter to Placement Workflow Triggers

We have added a new “Placement Owner” filter to all Placement-related workflow triggersWhen this filter is used, the workflow will only trigger if the placement associated with the event is owned by one of the selected users.

Bug Fixes:

Deleted work experience ignored for Company > People list

We have resolved an issue that meant deleted work experience was still being considered in the Company > People list.

Automatic "Add DAP to Job" To Do Not Clearing

We have resolved an issue where the automatic “Add DAP to Job” To Do item could remain on the dashboard after a placement was created. If a job moves to Placed status, the automated “Add DAP to Job” reminder will now be automatically removed from the dashboard.

Timezone Issue When Scheduling Across Daylight Savings

We have fixed an issue that could occur when scheduling meetings across the Daylight Savings change.

Previously, if a meeting was scheduled in Imagine for a date after the UK clocks changed (for example 30th March at 10:00am), the event could appear one hour later in Outlook.

Data fixes for Neo Chatbot

Rarely, it was possible that Neo Chatbot on a Person record would fail to respond to a user question. This was caused by corrupted data on the Person record. This has now been resolved.

Add Actions Post Call generating as one

We have fixed an issue that meant when users tried to add transcript actions to the dashboard, it was being added as one large action, instead of individual actions.

Meeting Check Action incorrect for manual Interaction History

We have fixed an issue that meant when a Meeting Check workflow action ran, it failed to check any meetings manually added to the interaction history. This has now been resolved.

AI Refine Job Description Feature

Previously, when users highlighted a section of a Job Description and used the "AI Refine" feature, sometimes the entire block of text was changed, instead of just the highlighted section. This has been resolved.
