New Features:
Ability to see Team's Schedule
Managers can now toggle to see "Team's Schedule" on the dashboard, similar to "Team's Actions" to make it easier to quickly see any upcoming meetings the team have.
Updated Dashboard Pipelines to show any jobs where user has a DAP assigned
Previously, if a user was not the owner of a job, but had a DAP assigned to them, they would not see the job on the main dashboard. This has now been updated so they will also see the job on their dashboard.
Ability to edit manual interaction history
Users can now edit and amend manual interaction history items that they previously created, simply by clicking on the row item to open the edit popup.
Automatically create a To Do if there are no current DAPs on an Active Job
To help encourage users to plan out their jobs, we are introducing a new feature that will automatically create a To Do item on the users dashboard if they have an active job with no DAP associated to it.
This To Do item will automatically be marked as completed when a DAP is added to the job.
Added ZoomInfo Search and Created By filters to "When a Person is Created" workflow trigger
It is now possible to filter by two additional fields when using the "When a Person is Created" workflow trigger; "Created By" and "ZoomInfo Search".
"Created By" lets you filter a workflow to only trigger for people created by a named user(s).
"ZoomInfo Search" lets you filter a workflow to only trigger for people created from the selected ZoomInfo Search.
Note, you should not try and combine "Created By" and "ZoomInfo Search" in the same trigger as they cancel each other. The user "System User" is used for records created by ZoomInfo searches, not a specific user.
Add Job Status filter to Job related workflow triggers
We have now add Job Status as a filter for all Job related workflow triggers, allowing you to only trigger workflows for jobs in a specified status (e.g. Lead, Active etc).
Improved design if Search Anything results exclude Informational Only records
We have improved the user experience so that a clear message is displayed if Search Anything results exclude Informational Only records (e.g. people who work at informational only companies), so that it is clearer to see and understand.
Bug Fixes:
Timezone consistency
We have now updated the entire system to consistently display all dates and times in the local users timezone as per their PC settings, with the EXCEPTION of Reporting. Reporting remains in UTC for all sections.
Fixed ROE Process
We have fixed the ROE process that automatically triggers after a Job Qualification call ends. This only applies to customers that have opted into the ROE process.
Duplicate transcripts sometimes appearing
We have resolved an issue where duplicate transcripts were sometimes appearing after a call.
Updated CV Parser to reduce the number of "No Name" records
We have worked on updating the CV Parser to reduce the number of "No Name" records that get created, if a person has not put their name on the CV.
Blocking invalid Line Manager assignment
Previously it was possible to assign User A as User B's line manager and User B as User A's line manager, creating a loop. This has now been resolved.
LinkedIn Extension taking ~10 minutes after reconnecting account to recognise update
We have improved the LinkedIn extension to better handle scenarios where the account has been reconnected. Previously, this took about 10 minutes to "recognise" the reconnection, but now this should be almost immediate.
Note, users will need to install the updated LinkedIn Extension for this improvement. Installation can be completed via https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/imagine-ai-extension/pkgpohgdghliifhiamifgfabomihnbhg?authuser=0&hl=en
Improved error message when a person record already exists from Zoom Phone
We have made the error message more user friendly when a person already exists with the same details, if a user tries to create the profile from the Zoom Phone widget.
Deleted candidates no longer appear on Kanban board
Any candidates permanently deleted from a Job will no longer appear on the Kanban board.
Number of Applicants column showing incorrect value
We have addressed an issue where occasionally, the "Number of Applicants" column on people list was incorrect.
Sorting by "Marker" column doesn't work on Company > People
Users can now sort by the "Marker" column on Company > People list.
Many more small fixes and improvements.
Beyond the new features and fixes above, we’ve taken care of lots of tiny “ant-noyances” throughout the system, squashing bugs, shooing away glitches, and de-bugging some pesky little critters causing trouble.
