New Features:
Microsoft Graph API syncing for Interaction History
We have updated how we track emails in Imagine to better handle large attachments and reduce the number of external emails that get counted by Microsoft. From this release, emails will sync using the Microsoft API service instead of the BCC rules.
Your Imagine Account Manager will be reaching out ahead of the release to ensure any necessary IT changes are configured.
Updated Teams Bot
We’ve revamped our Teams Bot to establish a stronger foundation for future enhancements. While its core functionality remains unchanged for now, users will need to admit the bot into meetings, as it will initially join via the lobby.
Preview ZoomInfo Search Records
When configuring a ZoomInfo search, users can now preview the high-level data it will return, including names, roles, and companies. This makes it easier to verify that the search is configured correctly and will produce the expected results.
Source Code selection moving to Settings
We’ve replaced AI-based source code detection in CV parsing with a configurable rules-based system. Administrators can now define source code rules in Settings based on email sender, subject, and body content, giving them more control and consistency over how incoming CVs are processed.

Overdue PTCs show in Person Header
We have updated the Person Header to also show if there is an overdue PTC. Now, users can edit the oldest overdue PTC straight from the person header.
Phone numbers clickable in Search Anything
It is now possible to click-to-dial from Search Anything when a Phone Number column is included.
Updated CV Parser
We have continued to improve and refine the CV Parser to increase consistency, quality and accuracy.
Performance improvements
We have made some performance improvements across the system, including loading a large number of events in the Dashboard Schedule and Placement Interaction History.
Bug Fixes:
Deleted Outlook events will not showing in Interaction History
Any Outlook event that has been deleted will no longer show in the Interaction History.
Grading colour on Job Summary now consistently shows the same as Job Details
We have resolved an issue where the colour for Grading on the Job Summary was different to that displayed on Job Details tab.
Archived People no longer show in Company > People
We have fixed an issue where Archived People were showing under the Company > People tab.
Boolean Search fix for NOT clause
An issue has been fixed that meant some data was being incorrectly excluded when a NOT clause was used in the Boolean Search.
Numerous other tidy ups and fixes
We continue to work on resolving small user experience bugs that are annoying but do not impact day to day processes.
