New Features:

Neo Nudges

Recruiters hear useful information all day long. The problem is remembering it at the right time.

A client might mention on a call that they’re planning to hire next quarter. A candidate might say their current contract finishes in three months. A contact might tell you they’re opening a new office later in the year.

Normally, that information can easily get buried in a call note, email or message - and by the time it becomes relevant, you’ve forgotten about it.

Neo Nudges helps turn those conversations into action.

Neo picks up important follow-ups, commitments and commercial opportunities from your calls, meetings, emails and messages, and brings them back to your attention when they’re useful.

For example, if Acme tells you they’re planning to grow their team next quarter, Neo can recognise that as a potential opportunity. As you get closer to next quarter, Neo can nudge you to get back in touch - giving you the chance to start the conversation before that hiring need becomes a live job.

You might also be nudged when:

  • A candidate said their contract is ending in a few months, giving you a reason to reconnect.
  • A client mentioned upcoming growth or a new team that could lead to hiring.
  • Someone asked you to call them back in a few weeks.
  • You promised to send a CV, arrange an introduction or follow something up.
  • A conversation uncovered a potential opportunity that wasn’t ready to act on at the time.

You’ll see your most important nudges on the Dashboard, helping you work out who might be worth speaking to today. Relevant nudges also appear on Person and Company records, so that useful context is there when you’re looking at a contact or client.

And when you’re speaking to someone through Zoom Phone, Neo can surface a relevant nudge during the call - giving you useful context without having to dig back through their history.

Neo also keeps track of what happens next. If something has already been dealt with or a later conversation changes the situation, the nudge can be updated or closed.

The result is fewer opportunities left sitting in old conversations, fewer follow-ups forgotten, and more reasons to speak to the right people at the right time.

Neo Nudges are available immediately to all users with no configuration required. Naturally, during the first few days, it is expected for there to be limited nudges, as the data begins to build up.

Workflow Performance dashboard

Admins can now see how workflows are performing under Settings > System Reports > Workflow Performance.

The dashboard brings together total and active executions, replies, automatic responses, actions automated, and estimated hours, days and labour value saved. It opens on Last 90 Days, with a date picker to review other periods.

A searchable, sortable table lets you compare individual workflows, including emails and SMS sent, reply rates and median reply time. From there, you can open a workflow to review or edit it.

Attachments in Email Templates

Admins can now upload attachments when creating email templates.

When a user selects the template, its attachments are automatically loaded and ready to send, so there is no need to attach the same files each time.

Neo Chat History on Person and Job Records

You can now revisit your previous Neo chats on Person and Job records. Click the new history icon in Neo’s top bar to see your chats for the record you are viewing.

Additionally, Neo now defaults to opening in 2x size.

The formatting bar in email compose areas now includes a hyperlink option. Highlight the text you want to link, click the hyperlink button, and paste the URL into the popup.

Default Matching Radius of 25 Miles

The primary location on new jobs and any newly added hiring locations for AI candidate matching now default to a 25-mile radius. You can still choose another radius, including 0. Existing job and hiring-location values remain unchanged.

State Names in Additional Hiring Locations

When choosing a city under Additional Locations for AI Matching, you will now see the state in brackets, for example Austin (Texas), to help distinguish between cities with the same name.

Performance improvements

We have optimised the performance in a few areas, including By Head Trend reports, sorting on the Marker column and loading PTCs.

Bug Fixes:

Outlook Sync After an Email Address Change

We have fixed an issue where changing a user’s email address left Outlook sync connected to the old mailbox. Mail sync now follows the new address, along with calendar sync where enabled.

Zoom Phone Close Button Hidden on Laptop Screens

The Zoom Phone widget’s close button is now visible and accessible on laptop screens at the default browser zoom level, without needing to zoom out.
