This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 27th August 2026.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

New Features:

Email Templates

Users with Admin access can now create and manage reusable email templates in Settings > Email Sending > Email Templates. Users with Administration Edit access can create and manage templates. Users with Administration View access can view them.

When sending an email, users can select a template from the Template Name dropdown. The subject and body will populate automatically, and the template description is shown to help users choose the right option.

Note, in Settings, the usage shows how many times the template has been used. For example, one bulk email to 500 recipients will count as 1, not 500.

Boolean Search now supports grouped search logic, giving users more flexibility when building complex searches.

Users can create multiple groups within each search condition and choose whether values within a group should use Match Any or Match All. Groups can also be combined using Match Any Group or Match All Groups.

Please note, previous Boolean Searches from before this release can no longer be edited. If Users wish to edit a previous Boolean Search, they should create a new search.

Additional Hiring Locations for AI Matching

Jobs can now include additional hiring locations for AI Matching, helping recruiters consider suitable candidates who are based outside the primary job location.

The existing Location field is now labelled Primary Location. When creating or editing a Job, users can select + Add additional locations for AI matching and add up to 20 further locations.

Additional locations can be entered as countries or cities. The radius option is available when a city is provided, while a city is not required when adding a country.

AI Matching will search the primary location and all additional locations. The Location Score continues to use the Primary Location.

Users can now add multiple locations to a single ZoomInfo search.

This means users no longer need to create separate searches when they want to include multiple locations. The same location search type is applied to all locations in the search.

Mobile Responsive Read Only

All core areas of Imagine now support read only access on mobile devices, allowing Users to access the Dashboard, Records and Reporting.

Next release we will introduce support for certain actions including scheduling a meeting and logging a manual call.

Refined Candidate Matching

Candidate Matching has been refined to better account for seniority when comparing a candidate with a Job.

Updated AI models

We have updated all core areas of Imagine to use the latest and most powerful Large Language Models, providing even more powerful and intelligent responses.

More precise % Match filtering on Jobs

The % Match filter on the Job > Candidates tab now uses increments of 10, from 0 to 100, instead of increments of 20.

Prevent archiving Companies with current employees

Imagine will now prevent a company from being archived when an active person is currently recorded as working there.

Bug Fixes:

Talent Spotlight sends being interrupted

We have fixed an issue that could interrupt a Talent Spotlight while it was being sent.

People Name filter now finds accented names

The Name filter in Records > People now correctly finds names containing accented characters. For example, searching for “Benoit” will return “Benoît”.

% Match filter not working in Candidates Table view

We have fixed an issue that meant the % Match filter had no effect in the Candidates Table view. The table now correctly filters candidates according to the selected match range.
