New Features:

Use more email variables and preview before sending

Send Email windows now support additional variables based on where you are working in Imagine. 

For People emails, these include recipient details, current position, current company, and latest CV date. For Job emails, they include hiring manager and company details, the candidate’s next interview, and additional job details.

Importantly, when sending a bulk email using variables, users are now able to preview the data that will be merged into each variable before sending, to ensure they are happy with the final email.

Radius filter for People records

When the City column is included in Records > People, a new Radius filter is available alongside the City filter.

This allows users to find people within a specified radius of a city. The filter can also be saved in a Saved View.

We recommend using the Country filter at the same time, especially for Cities that exist in multiple countries (e.g. London, Canada and London, UK)

Automatically update checklists after Zoom Phone calls

AI-enabled checklists will now be automatically populated after a Zoom Phone call ends, using the call transcript to update any remaining checklist items.

Filter Job Pipeline by locked-in dates

The Job Pipeline now includes an Only Show Locked In filter for both Decision Date and Deal Date.

Improved Search Anything formatting

We have made an improvement to the formatting of Search Anything text results, ensuring that inline tables, headers and paragraphs display in a cleaner way. We have also fixed a few small bugs relating to data formatting.

New Search Anything Tools

We have introduced some additional tools into Search Anything to continue supporting an ever-growing list of queries. You can now do things like "Which candidate based in London, UK, has the best experience in Python" and Search Anything will rank the candidates accordingly.

Other performance improvements have also been made to help reduce the number of timeout errors, as well as improve memory across multiple messages.

Faster Company > Placement pages

Company > Placement now loads more quickly for companies with many placements

Attachment-only LinkedIn messages are now recorded

LinkedIn messages containing an attachment but no written text are now processed successfully. These messages display the text “There was no text sent with this message”, so file-only messages such as CV uploads are still visible.

Pre-filled Hiring Manager when creating a Job from a Person

When users select Create Job from a Person record, the Hiring Manager and Company fields are now automatically populated using the person record they were viewing.

Pre-filled fields for Manual Interaction History

When adding a Manual Interaction History, the From or To field now defaults to the current user based on the interaction direction. The Date field also defaults to today’s date.

Active Jobs shown when opening Job Picker

When using a Job Picker, such as when assigning a person to a Job or scheduling a call, Active Jobs owned by the current user are now displayed as soon as the field is opened.

Better-sized columns in Records views

Long values in Records tables are now capped so they do not expand columns excessively. Text that exceeds the available width is truncated with an ellipsis.

More reliable company logos from ZoomInfo

When the main company logo from ZoomInfo is unavailable or its link cannot be opened, Imagine will automatically try an alternative logo instead.

Search for columns in the column picker

A search box has been added to the column picker, allowing users to find columns by field name when there are many options.

Underline text in emails

The text editor now includes an underline option, allowing users to underline text in emails.

Performance Improvements

We have made some tweaks to help certain areas load faster including Company > Placements and Company > Jobs.

Bug Fixes:

Improved spacing handling in email replies

Historically, when a person replied to an email, it was possible that the original email spacing was lost. We have now resolved this issue.

People search in Add Reference now returns matches

Searching for a person in the Add Reference popup now returns matching people while excluding the current person and deleted people.

Deleted and archived Placements no longer appear in Quick Search

Quick Search no longer returns deleted or archived Placement records.

Same-day Actions and To Do items no longer marked overdue

An item due today will not show as overdue, including when its due time is midnight, while items due yesterday will show as overdue. Completed items are not marked as overdue.

Bulk editing consent now saves changes

We fixed an issue where changes made through Bulk Actions > Edit Consent appeared ready to save but were not submitted. Consent updates now save for all selected people.

Neo no longer selects future interactions as most recent

Neo will no longer select an interaction scheduled in the future when answering questions about the most recent call or interaction.

Company contact previews now show the correct people

Hovering over Total Contacts in Records > Company now shows the most recently contacted people for that specific company, rather than displaying the same contacts for every company row.
