19th June 2026

Modified on Wed, 17 Jun at 1:14 PM

This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 19th June 2026.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

New Features:

Route SMS conversations to the most relevant user

Keeping on top of SMS messages is easier when the right conversation lands with the right person from the start.

New inbound SMS messages are now assigned to the user who most recently contacted the person record. If there is no recent person-level contact, Imagine checks the company level next, and if there still is not a match the message goes to a group bucket.

The SMS icon now only counts messages assigned to you, and the SMS page opens on My SMS by default with an All SMS tab available when you need it. Pinned chats stay pinned across both views.

We would encourage administrators or a dedicated operations person to keep an eye on the "All SMS" tab, to ensure that any unassigned SMS are not left unanswered.

Bulk upload CVs from a person record

On a person record, there is now a Bulk Upload CVs button next to Create Profile.

From there, you can upload one CV or many at once, and the files are sent through CV processing in the usual way.

Duplicate a Job

You can now duplicate a Job from the Job record list or from the More Options menu on a Job record.

This opens the Create Job form in a new tab with the source job’s details already filled in, so you can make changes and create the new role quickly. Attachments are not copied.

Add Attachments to Workflow Emails

The Send an Email workflow action now supports attachments.

You can upload one or many files, review them before sending, and remove or download them as needed. When the workflow runs, the attachments are included with the email.

Choose Exact or Similar Company Matches in ZoomInfo

When setting up automated ZoomInfo searches, you can now choose whether the Company Name filter should use an exact match or similar match.

Exact match returns only the company you asked for, while similar match keeps a broader search that may include companies with similar names. Existing searches continue to use similar match so they behave as they did before. Please update them if you wish to use an exact match.

Use Plus-Addressed Email Aliases for Job Applications

Imagine now supports matching job application emails sent to plus-addressed aliases, such as john.smith+123456@company.com.

The six-digit reference in the alias is used to identify the job, so you no longer need to include the job reference in the job advert title. When posting a job on platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed, use your normal application email address with the job reference added after a plus sign, for example: john.smith+123456@company.com

Imagine will match 123456 to the corresponding job reference and link candidate emails to the correct job automatically.

The existing method of including the job reference in the job title is still supported. If a plus-addressed alias is not used, Imagine will continue to match applications using the usual job title ref.

Additional help can be found here.

Workflow Check Can Compare Against the Current Workflow

The Workflow Check action can now look for another running execution of the same workflow.

This gives you a simple way to check whether a workflow is already pending before continuing, while ignoring the current run itself.

View Who Is Included in By Head Reporting

When using the By Head option in Trend Reporting, you can now expand a data point to see which users are included in the headcount.

The list is shown in alphabetical order with each user’s Headcount FTE, so you can check the numbers behind the chart more easily.

Remove People from Manual Lists on the Person Record

If you have permission to manage Manual Lists, you can now remove someone directly from their person record.

Each list chip in the person header now has a small X. Select it, confirm the action, and the person will be removed from the list.

Open Records in a New Tab from Record Lists

People, Company, Job and Placement records can now be opened in a new tab from Record List pages using right click or the usual keyboard shortcut.

This makes it easier to move between records without losing your place in the list.

Open Candidate Records from the Job Candidates Table

Candidate names in the Job > Candidates table view are now clickable.

Selecting a name opens the candidate record in a new tab, just like from the Kanban board.

Last 12 Months in Reporting Date Pickers

A new Last 12 Months option has been added to the reporting date picker in Reporting Dashboard and Trend Reporting.

It sits above Last Year and sets the period to the last 12 rolling months from today.
