This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes designed to make your experience even better. It will be rolled out to customers starting 5th June 2026.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

New Features:

Choose fields to update during Manual Enrich

When using Manual Enrich on a person record, users can now choose between a full profile enrich or a custom enrich.

With custom enrich, Imagine shows the proposed data first, and users can choose which values to apply before saving. The work experience section must be taken as a whole, but other fields can be selected individually.

This gives users more control over the information added to a record, while still keeping the enrich process quick and easy.

Filter AI Leads by job title, company and more

The AI Leads review page now includes filters to help users find the right leads faster.

Users can filter by job title, company name, signal group, lead owner, and first seen date, making it easier to sort through results and focus on the leads that matter most.

Expand the CV view in Candidate AI Overview Popup

We have introduced a new button so that users can  expand the CV section in the Candidate AI Overview popup to make it wider and easier to read, collapsing the score reasons into single icons.

View grading criteria from Job Pipeline

Users can now hover over the Grading score in the Job Pipeline report and on the Dashboard to quickly see which grading criteria are selected and which are not.

Search Company > People tab by name or title

Users can now search within the Company > People tab by person name or job title, making it faster to find a specific person.

Search Dashboard PTCs by company name

The Dashboard > PTC section can now be searched by company name as well as person name.

See your jobs first in job pickers

When selecting a job from a picker, users will now see their own jobs at the top, followed by all other jobs further down the list.

This applies to job pickers in Schedule a Call, People > Jobs > Assign to Job, and Create Placement, helping users choose the right record more quickly.

Duplicate saved ZoomInfo searches

Saved ZoomInfo searches can now be duplicated with a single click.

This is useful when you want to reuse an existing search and make a few small changes, without having to build it again from scratch.

Optimised Team Schedule loading time

We have optimised the Dashboard > Schedule > Team view to ensure it loads faster when there are lots of events and users.

Open person records from Dashboard Schedule hovers

When hovering over attendees in the Dashboard Schedule, users can now click through to the person record directly.

Upload spreadsheets and CSV files to record attachments

Users can now upload XLSX, XLS, and CSV files to the attachment tabs on People, Company, Job, and Placement records.

Use partial email matches for CV Parser source codes

The CV Parser Source Codes setting now supports partial matching in the “When the sender contains” field.

For example, entering a domain such as @indeed.com will now match sender addresses that contain that text, making it easier to set up broader email matching rules.

Bug Fixes:

Show only your own unassigned Zoom Phone calls

The unassigned Zoom Phone widget on the dashboard now shows calls for the logged in user, rather than all users.

Keep user settings when reactivating users

When a user is reactivated, their Sales Contributor and Data Enrichment settings now stay the same as they were before deactivation.

LinkedIn Extension no longer hangs when enriching profiles

We have fixed issues that could cause the LinkedIn Extension to hang or fail to save some profiles when using Enrich.

Audit Trail no longer adds blank entries for unchanged records

We have fixed an issue that means the Audit Trail no longer creates empty rows when a record is opened for editing and then saved without any changes.

UI fix for Recently Viewed

We have fixed an issue in Recently Viewed that could cause long job titles to overflow the text area.
