New Features:

LinkedIn messages automatically sync into interaction history

We are super excited to announce a huge feature! LinkedIn messages now sync into the Imagine interaction history automatically, giving you a full 360 view of your communication all in one place. Neo chatbot is also able to see LinkedIn messages to help with drafting follow up's and providing insight.

How it works:

  • Imagine syncs messages when a person's LinkedIn URL is populated in their profile
  • If the URL is added later, any messages sent or received since you connected your LinkedIn account to Imagine will sync to the record within an hour
  • Both InMails and direct messages are supported

Further information can be found in the detailed support guide here.

Note - any users who have already connected their accounts should disconnect and reconnect their account to trigger a sync of the last 30 days of messages.

Ability to access detailed reporting on mobile

We have further extended our mobile reporting capability to allow users to click into a reporting metric and see a detailed breakdown, as well as the leaderboard page. This mirrors the experience on desktop.

To access mobile reporting, navigate to your Imagine URL on any mobile device browser and login with your Microsoft login details.

LinkedIn Extension extracts location

When you now use the LinkedIn extension to create a new person or enrich an existing person, we will populate the person's City/Country automatically (subject to available data).

Address will be available as fields on the extension, so a user can always validate any suggested data.

Note - users will be required to update the extension. Your account manager will share the relevant update link once it is available.

Search Anything now clarifies if unsure

After listening to user feedback, we have made an update to the Search Anything feature that will allow the AI to seek further clarification, if your question is unclear.

This will help users naturally refine their query, if the language used is ambiguous and will help improve the accuracy of AI generated search results.

Additionally, we have worked on further training the Search Anything to help cover broader use cases.

Ability to link job record on post call transcription page

Previously, if a user added an Interview call type from the call transcription page, they were unable to link the interview to a job, resulting in it not reflecting on reporting.

From today, users can now also link the job record from the call transcription page. When they try to add an Interview call type, the Job Record field will be mandatory.

Job Summary statistics show all time

From today, the KPI boxes on the Job Summary page will show "all time" counts rather than point in time. Historically, these KPI boxes have only shown current counts of candidates in each stage. This update allows you to see for the entire life of the job, how many candidates have been in each stage of the process.

This can be a useful insight to share with your clients - e.g. "There were 150 potential matches which we whittled down to 30 short list and of those, we sent 4 CVs to you".

This data is calculated based on which stages a candidate has moved through.

Current Company Name available as a workflow variable

Admin's configuring workflows can now take advantage of a new variable - "Current Company Name". This can be used to merge in the name of the company that this person is currently working at.

This variable is available on the following workflow triggers:

  • Manually Triggered
  • When an ad-hoc call ends (VOIP)
  • When an email address bounces
  • When a person is created

Ability to see CV Sent and upcoming Interview Date on Job Kanban

Users can now see the date a CV was sent and the date of the next upcoming interview for each candidate on the Job Kanban board.

The CV sent date will only be available when the candidate is in the "CV Sent" column. Similarly, the interview date will only be available when the candidate is in any "Interview" column. The interview date shows the next upcoming interview.

Both dates/times are presented according to the users system timezone.

Bug Fixes:

Saving email interaction for multiple recipients

We have fixed an issue that prevented emails saving to any recipient that was not the first "To" contact. Now, every recipient of an email that exists as a person in Imagine will have the email saved to their interaction history.

Archived candidates are not accessible on Job Kanban

Historically, users were able to accidentally add archived candidates to the Job record. This has now been rectified.

Talent Spotlight industry dropdown allows selecting multiple options

We have improved the experience for the industry dropdown field on Talent Spotlight and users can now select multiple industries without reopening the dropdown every time.
