Zapier Integration

We are excited to launch a brand new integration with Zapier, bringing the ability to connect over 7,000+ apps into Imagine.

A Zapier Account is required to make use of the integration and further support and guidance can be found in our help documents here: Zapier How To's

Automated and Manual Lists

We are introducing an existing new module within Imagine - Automated and Manual Lists. Admins can now create Manual Lists for user-managed groups or Automatic Lists powered by Search Anything-style queries that refresh every hour, keeping records up to date automatically.

Users can quickly find and open lists from the new Lists page, add people to Manual Lists from People views and person records, and see list chips in the person header for instant visibility.

We’ve also extended workflow support with new triggers for when a person is added to a Manual or Automatic List, plus a new action to add people to a Manual List automatically.

Leaderboard by Team in Reporting

Users can now see a Leaderboard grouped by Team when clicking into any reporting metric, allowing you to quickly compare the metric by Team.

We have made a few improvements to the Candidate Matching algorithm to given even sharper, more refined matching results for Jobs.

Call generated actions link back to the transcript

Any actions that get added to a users dashboard from the post-call transcript page will now have a link back in the description section, allowing the user to quickly jump back to the transcript for full context.

Extended size of Talent Spotlight Recipients window

When reviewing the recipients for Talent Spotlight, users will now see a wider screen, reducing the need to scroll horizontally.

Ability to "Log for Reporting Purposes Only" for all Call Types

Previously, it has only been possible to "Log for Reporting Purposes Only" on Interview Call Types. We have extended this feature to all Call Types, allowing a user to record a meeting for reporting purposes without sending out an invite.

Ability to prevent fields updating by CV Parser

It is now possible to request that certain fields on a Person record are not populated by the CV Parser. If you wish to leverage this feature, please reach out to your Imagine Account Manager who can help configure this.

Improvements to Neo Chatbot

We have made a few enhancements to Neo Chatbot that help reduce the amount of times Neo says it does not have the information to answer that question.

Redesigned LinkedIn Extension to be full height

We have made a few user experience improvements to the Imagine LinkedIn Extension so that it is now full height and displayed as a right hand panel. All functionality remains the same.

Bug Fixes:

Extended support for LinkedIn Recruiter message syncing

Occasionally, we have observed that some LinkedIn Recruiter chat messages used different IDs and therefore were not syncing to the interaction history. We have now resolved this issue for all new chats moving forwards.

Reduced frequency of logging into LinkedIn Extension

We have resolved an issue that meant users were required to frequently log into the LinkedIn Extension.

Events sometimes showing as In Person

We have fixed an issue that meant occasionally events created in Outlook appear as "In Person" in Imagine.

Events deleting for all users if one user removed

An issue has been fixed that meant events were deleted for all users if it was cancelled for only one user.

Events occasionally being scheduled 1 minute offset

Users rarely faced an issue that meant invites were being sent 1 minute after the scheduled time. This is now resolved.

Meeting bot does not join rescheduled meetings

If a user rescheduled a meeting after the original start time, the Teams Bot would not join the new meeting time. This has now been resolved for meetings edited moving forwards.
