New Features:
Key Requirements for AI Matching and removal of Job Advert
We’ve refined the Job record to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-driven candidate matching.
As part of this update, the Job Advert section has been removed from Job records and replaced with a new field: Key Requirements for AI Matching.
Most customers were not actively using the Job Advert section, and introducing this new field allows us to deliver significantly higher-quality matching results.
Key Requirements for AI Matching is now the primary input to the candidate matching algorithm. It should be used to clearly list must-have and nice-to-have requirements. For best results, this field should be direct, specific, and tailored exactly to what you are looking for in a candidate.
The Job Description remains available and has been renamed to External Description / Advert. For customers with website integrations enabled, this field will continue to be used when posting roles externally.
Users should populate Key Requirements for AI Matching on any lead or active jobs that they own as soon as possible after the release, to ensure the best matching results.
Ability to set radius for Job location
After listening to user feedback, we have introduced the ability to set a radius around a job location, to provide more location appropriate candidate matches. This field can be found when creating a new job or editing an existing job.
If the radius is left blank, only candidates in the same city will be matched.
We recommend users review their lead and active jobs and set an appropriate radius, if desired. By default, the value is 0 miles.
Choose default row counts
A much requested user feature - the ability to set a preference for the default row counts! Now users can find a new setting in their profiles called "Default Row Count". This will let them choose how many rows are displayed by default throughout the system.
The default value is 10, but can be adjusted by the user if desired.
Call type chips displayed on interaction history
To make it easier to quickly identify the type of call from the interaction history list, we have now added the call types as chips on each row.
Hover on interaction history items
Users can now hover on interaction history items to see a preview of the content. For meetings and calls, this will display the AI generated overview and actions. For other types, this will a preview of the message body.
Clicking into the row will still reveal the full contents.
Auto populate Create Job form after a Job Qualification call
Users can now create a Job directly from a Job Qualification call. From the call transcription or overview page, selecting Create Job opens the Create Job form, automatically pre-filled using details from the conversation.
CV Sent and Interview stats accessible for rejected candidates
For candidates in the rejected status on any given job will now have an info icon on their card. Hovering on this will reveal the last date the CV was sent, as well as the total number of interviews and most recent interview date for this candidate.
Edit PTC from people record header
Users can now quickly edit the next scheduled PTC from the header section of a person record. Click on the date to edit.
Short list and CV Sent available as options when using "Assign to Job" button
When on a person record, you can "Assign to Job" to add the person as a candidate to a job. Historically, this would automatically add them to the Potential Match column. Users can now choose whether the person is added to Potential Match, Short list or CV Sent.
Hiring Manager and Job Owner columns added
We have added Hiring Manager and Job Owner as columns to the Company > Jobs and People > Jobs tabs.
Last Contacted Date column added
We have added Last Contacted Date as a column to the Company > People tab.
Decision Date and Deal Date red if overdue
If a Decision Date or Deal Date for a job is overdue, it will show in bold red to quickly draw attention. This is reflected across the system.
Job Pipeline hyperlinks open in new tab
All hyperlinks from the Job Pipeline now open in a new tab rather than the existing one; helpful if you have specific filters applied.
Bug Fixes:
Cancelled Outlook events deleted from Imagine
From the date of the release, any events that are cancelled or deleted in Outlook will now consistently be removed from the Imagine dashboard. This will not update historic events.
Deactivated users removed from Team chips
Deactivated users no longer show on the dashboard if you select "My Team".
Performance improvements
We have optimised the loading time of PTCs and individual people records.
Fixed hyperlink for placement records
Previously, when users clicked on the placement name in Job or People records, it navigated to the job record. It now navigates to the placement.
