New Features:
Create Leads and Jobs from the LinkedIn Extension
When you find a role on LinkedIn, you can now create a Lead or Active Job directly from the Imagine extension, without manually copying the available details into Imagine.
On a LinkedIn job posting, open the Imagine Extension and choose Create Lead or Create Job. Imagine will retrieve the job details and populate the create form with as much information as possible.
Existing companies and hiring managers are matched where possible. If no match is found, those fields are left blank for you to complete. You can review and edit all pre-populated values before saving.
Initially, there will be no daily limit for this feature.
Separate mandatory fields for Leads and Active Jobs
Early-stage Leads do not always have the same level of detail as Active Jobs. In Input Fields Configuration, you can now choose separately whether each job-related field is mandatory for Lead or Active status.
For example, Working Hours can be required for Active Jobs but optional for Leads. The required fields reflect the status selected when creating a record, including through the LinkedIn Extension.
When changing a Job to Active in the edit form, any missing mandatory fields must be completed before saving.
Preferred contact details and fallbacks in Workflows
Workflow Email and SMS actions now let you choose a preferred contact type and an optional fallback. This means an action can use personal contact details when professional details are unavailable, or the other way around.
The available options are:
- Professional only
- Personal only
- Professional, then Personal if unavailable
- Personal, then Professional if unavailable
Consent requirements still apply to the contact details used, and no message is sent if neither option is available or eligible. Existing workflows set to Professional only or Personal only continue to work as before.
Add search results to Manual Lists
You can now add people returned by Search Anything or Boolean Search to a Manual List. Open the three-dot menu on the data table results and choose Add to Manual List to keep those people together for follow-up.
Neo uses Library content on People and Jobs
When you ask Neo a question on a Person or Job record, it now automatically includes relevant business context from The Library in its answers.
Ability to dismiss Neo Nudges
Neo Nudges can now be dismissed when you have already completed them or they are no longer relevant. The dismiss option is available on Person and Company records, and in the expanded Nudges section on the Dashboard, rather than on the Dashboard Summary itself.
Dashboard Summary refreshes as Nudges change
The Dashboard Summary now refreshes automatically when an included Nudge is fulfilled, superseded or dismissed, rather than waiting for the next daily refresh. This keeps the summary up to date as you work through the day.
Longer Workflow names and descriptions
Workflow names now support up to 100 characters, and descriptions support up to 150 characters.
Open Company records from Reporting
Company names linked to an Imagine record are now clickable in the reporting metric details popup. Clicking a name opens the Company profile in a new tab, matching the existing links for People, Jobs and Users.
If this is not available for specific metrics, please reach out to Imagine Support who can enable it on those metrics.
Performance improvements
We have optimised multiple areas of the system, especially when opening People records.
Bug Fixes:
Display refinements across Imagine
We have made several small display adjustments, including clearer Company descriptions, corrected Additional Address overlap, and fixes for overflowing Quick Search labels, email addresses in People search and long links on User profiles.
More accurate city matching when parsing CVs
Previously, a city could be left blank if the location on a CV did not exactly match a supported city name. The CV Parser now recognises more alternative spellings, suburbs and local areas, using available country, region and postcode information to find the appropriate city.
If the location cannot be matched confidently, the city is left blank and the Person record is still created.
Placement Workflows not triggering for Umbrella or Limited
We have fixed an issue that prevented workflows using the “When a placement extension or early termination is created” trigger from running when a matching placement used the “Umbrella or Limited” Job Type filter.
Company merge blocked by matching departments
Companies can now be merged when both have a department with the same name. Matching departments are combined, keeping the destination company’s values and filling any missing employee count or budget from the source company. Other departments are also carried across.
Umbrella Company details not populating on Person Compliance
Selecting an Umbrella Company on a Person’s Compliance tab now correctly populates and saves its registration number, VAT number and registration address. Clearing the selected company also clears the registration number.
Company Interaction History not opening call transcripts
Clicking an automatically logged meeting with an associated call in Company > Interaction History > Communication now opens the call transcription page, rather than a details popup. Manually logged entries and those without an associated call continue to open the popup.
