New Features:
Associate Actions / To Dos with a Person or Company
A reminder is more useful when you can see who or what it relates to. You can now associate an Action with a Person or Company and open that record directly from your dashboard.
When creating or editing an Action, use the new Associate to Record option to choose None, Person, or Company.
You can also change or clear associations in bulk when all selected Actions have the same association. Assignee and date editing remain available when the selected Actions have different associations.
Please note that archiving or deleting a record also removes its associated Actions. When records are merged, their Actions move to the surviving record.
Note, currently, it is not possible to associate Actions with a Person or Company via Workflows. We are working on that as a future enhancement.
Outstanding Actions on Person and Company records
You can now review outstanding Actions without leaving the Person or Company record. Open Interaction History > Scheduled Actions to see upcoming and overdue Actions, with overdue dates shown in red.
Person records show Actions associated directly with that person. Company records show both company-level Actions and those associated with people who currently work there, with links to the relevant Person records.
Zoom Phone checklists on mobile
If you need to move away from your desk during a Zoom Phone call, you can now continue using the call checklist from your mobile browser.
While a desktop call is in progress, open Imagine on your mobile browser and tap the active-call banner. From there, you can update the checklist and add additional call types. Checklist changes sync back to your desktop.
The mobile checklist is available only while the call is active. Finalising the event still needs to be completed on desktop.
Separate call records for Zoom Phone transfers
Previously, when a Zoom Phone call was transferred between users, only the first user’s transcript was saved.
Transferred calls now create separate Interaction History entries for each user’s part of the conversation, with their own summaries and transcripts. Each user can handle their segment independently, so choosing “Do not connect” for the first segment does not prevent the receiving user from recording theirs.
Additional actions on mobile browsers
Imagine’s mobile browser experience now supports Search Anything queries, including access to search history and saved searches. You can also create Person and Company records from your mobile browser.
Meeting Invite Templates
You no longer need to write the same meeting agenda each time you schedule a call.
In Email Templates settings, choose the new Meeting Invites type when creating a template. These templates are available only in the Agenda area of the Schedule a Call window.
When scheduling a call, expand Agenda, select a template from the dropdown, and edit the content as needed. Variables are not available for Meeting Invite templates.
View LinkedIn Profile action in Workflows
We have added a new View LinkedIn Profile workflow action. Select the LinkedIn account to use and the person whose profile you want to view, using the same options as the existing Check Connected action.
The action performs a profile view that can be visible to the person on LinkedIn. Please note that for workflow actions relating to LinkedIn, they are spaced to prevent detection so may execute over the course of a few hours.
Variables in Email Template subjects
Email Template subjects can now include variables for personalised subject lines. Use Insert Variable beneath the Subject box, then Preview Variables to check the information that will be filled in before sending. Available variables depend on where you are composing the email in Imagine.
Search People to Contact by description
People to Contact search now matches words or partial text in an action’s description, as well as the person’s name and recent company name. This works on both the dashboard and expanded People to Contact window, and is not case-sensitive.
Clearer formatting in Neo chats
Neo responses on Person and Job records now display formatting more clearly, so formatted answers are easier to read rather than showing raw formatting characters.
Faster SMS Chat loading
We have reduced the time it takes to load the SMS Chat page.
Hiring manager suggestions for AI Leads
We have refined how AI Leads identifies potential hiring managers, including showing an identified hiring manager’s name when contact information is not available.
For the best improved results, we recommend ensuring the Companies have a LinkedIn URL populated on their Imagine record. This will allow us to discover people via LinkedIn.
Bug Fixes:
Clearer Search Anything history while searching
While a Search Anything query is running, the history list is temporarily disabled and a short message explains why. This replaces the previous experience where clicking a historical search or chat appeared to do nothing.
Team Actions showing the previous team member’s Actions
We have fixed an issue where Dashboard > Team Actions could continue showing the previous team member’s approvals or Actions after switching selections.
Rescheduled Outlook meetings showing the original date
Rescheduling a meeting in Outlook now updates its date in the associated attendees’ Person Interaction History after syncing, rather than leaving it on the original date.
AI Leads returning roles below the configured seniority
We have fixed an issue where AI Leads could return roles that were more junior than the seniority configured in the lead signal.
Company address changes missing from Audit Trail
Changes to any field in a Company’s Primary or Additional Addresses are now recorded in the Company record’s Interaction History > Audit Trail.
