New Features:
Dynamic filters for Records View
In the previous sprint, we introduced the ability to pick any column. Now, when you choose a column in Record > List views, the available filters update to include that, allowing you to filter on by column.
Updated Filters on Company Interaction History
Company Interaction History now has the same filter panel as Person Interaction History, making it easier to narrow down the activity shown on a company record.
We have also added an Exclude Upcoming Interactions checkbox to both filter panels. When selected, this will hide any future events.
Locked In status for Deal Date and Decision Date on Jobs
Deal Date and Decision Date on Job records now include a Locked In option, so you can confirm when a date is agreed rather than just using a target.
When a date is locked in, a small lock icon appears wherever those columns are shown, including Job Pipeline, Lead Pipeline, Reports, and Records > Jobs. You can also update the Locked In status from the calendar picker on Job Pipeline and Lead Pipeline, and ask about it in Search Anything or Neo on Jobs.
Search Anything excludes internal-only meetings
Search Anything will no longer include meetings where every attendee is an internal user. This keeps internal meetings out of search results and helps protect sensitive information.
ZoomInfo Company search shows more details
The company search dropdown within ZoomInfo search configurations now shows the name, city, country, and website making it easier to pick the right company.
More date options for Decision Date and Deal Date filters
The Decision Date and Deal Date filters on Job Pipeline now include more time-based options, including In the Past, Next Month, Next Quarter, This Year, and Next Year.
LinkedIn CV window adjusted
When you use the LinkedIn Extension, Imagine will now create or refresh a basic CV if the person record does not already have one within the last 12 months. Previously this was 6 months, but has now been extended.
CV Parser now marks documents that are not CVs
If a document is not recognised as a CV, it will now show as Not a CV in the attachments view. This makes it easier to spot files that were uploaded but could not be parsed as a CV.
Deal Flash now shows New Extension
When a new extension is created, the Deal Flash page now shows it as New Extension instead of New Deal. The total value shown now also uses the extension value.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed Contact Count on Company Records
We have fixed an issue that meant the contact count shown in Records > Company was incorrect.
Primary company address now displays correctly
We fixed an issue that could stop a company's primary address from showing after creation. Newly created companies now display the primary address correctly.
Meeting booking people picker no longer freezes
We have fixed an issue on the meeting booking page where the people picker could freeze the page if it was left open for too long.
Deal Value sorting on Job Pipeline now works correctly
Sorting by Deal Value on Job Pipeline now orders the numbers correctly.
Dark mode adjustments
We have made a few adjustments to ensure all areas of the system correctly reflect dark mode.
