New Features:
Configure sending windows on workflows
We are excited to announce that you can now configure sending windows for Email and SMS workflow actions. It is now possible to control the day(s) and time that Email and SMS actions should be sent. Any messages that fall outside this window are held until the next available window.
The sending windows are calculated based on the recipient's country. For countries with multiple timezones, a midpoint or central timezone is used. If the recipient has no country on their record, UTC is assumed as the timezone.
By default, all workflows will automatically start using Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 when this feature is released. If you wish to adjust these windows, please edit each workflow action accordingly.
Action Required: All workflows will default to Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. To customise sending times, please update each workflow action.
Ability to control whether Teams bot joins meetings
We are introducing the ability for an admin to decide ahead of a meeting whether the Teams bot joins automatically. Now, users with the "Manage Bot Attendance" edit permission will be able to disable the bot from joining before a meeting.
A new settings page is available under Settings > Call Management. Two new permissions are available under Persona Management > Manage Bot Attendance (View) and Manage Bot Attendance (Edit).
Note - you can only remove the bot from meetings that occur more than 3 minutes in the future. A further enhancement to this feature is being released in the next update that will allow you to exclude entire call types automatically.
Action Required: To access this new settings page, ensure that you have updated your persona to include the "Manage Bot Attendance" permission.
Updated LinkedIn Extension
We've made some improvements and updates to the LinkedIn extension, including:
- Better handling of non-English characters in LinkedIn URLs (e.g. Cyrillic characters)
- Improved company name matching for employment history
- New login experience - users will now be prompted to enter their system domain when logging in for the first time
A new version of the extension must be installed. It is available for download from the extension store. Please remove previous versions of the LinkedIn extension.
Upon first login, users will be prompted to enter their system domain. For example, if your domain is acme.imagine-ai.com, enter acme.
Action Required: Please install the latest version of the LinkedIn extension.
LinkedIn Message available for Reply Check
In an earlier update, we introduced the ability to sync LinkedIn messages automatically. We have now updated the "Reply Check" workflow action to include LinkedIn Messages as an option. This allows you to stop workflows if a LinkedIn Message reply is received.
Ability to drill into CV Sent and Interview KPIs
When on a Job Summary, you can now click on the CV Sent and Interview KPI boxes and see a detailed list of the CVs Sent or Interviews arranged.
Automatically remove workflows for Cancelled and Archived jobs
Now, when you cancel or archive a job, any workflows that relate to that job will automatically be marked as "Removed" on the recipients interaction history and no further actions will be executed.
Job / Candidate matching algorithm automatically expands from City > State > Country
We have updated our Candidate Matching algorithm to automatically expand and find candidates in the same State or Country as the posted job, if there are no relevant candidates in the City of the job.
Note, for jobs with "Remote" Work Arrangement types, the algorithm will automatically include candidates from the same Country as the job.
Bug Fixes:
Improvements to CV Parser
Previously, our CV parser occasionally misidentified documents, either flagging non-CVs as CVs or missing genuine ones. In addition, the formatting process sometimes altered the original structure to fit predefined headers.
We’ve significantly improved the parser’s accuracy to ensure that CVs are consistently and correctly recognised. The formatting process has also been refined: we now retain the original structure and content of the CV, applying a consistent visual style without imposing rigid template-based headers.
Ability to remove call types added during calls
We've made a small fix to allow users to remove call types that were mistakingly added during a Zoom Phone call or Teams meeting.
Updated display order of work experience
Work experience on a person record is now consistently displayed in chronological order, with current roles shown at the top.
